We are committed to providing engaging, effective, and personalized tutoring sessions that help every learner succeed. To ensure each session is productive, please review the following expectations:

• Learners should attend each 15-minute tutoring session from a quiet, distraction-free location where they can focus without interruptions.
• We encourage a parent or guardian to attend the session as an observer. Parents are welcome to ask questions and discuss the child's progress after the session has concluded.

Please have the following items available for every session:

• Paper
• Pencil or pen
• Dry-erase whiteboard
• Dry-erase markers

These materials will be used during a variety of interactive literacy and mathematics activities.

• Tutoring sessions are conducted via Zoom.
• Sessions meet four days per week according to your scheduled appointment time.

To create a positive and supportive learning environment for everyone, all participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time and ready to learn.
• Demonstrate respectful and courteous behavior throughout each session.
• Participate actively and communicate openly with the tutor.
