Developing Effective Policies & Procedures

The interactive workshop will provide participants with insight about establishing effective policies and procedures. This is an excellent workshop for new early childhood business owners who are opening family in-home or center-based facilities. Participants will be able to utilize a template and make appropriate notations and revisions that are unique to their business environment. In addition, the facilitator will discuss various scenarios that may require firm and fair handling for consistency in words and actions and maintaining professional protocol to ensure business success.
